North East Wedding Planners launches
A North east wedding planning business launched a recession busting service.. The new service will help brides afford their big day during challenging economic times.
North East Wedding Planners (NEWP) based in Durham, has created Recessionista Weddings to help brides save money.
“Things have changed in the last year or so, we are finding no matter what the size of the budget – whether it is on a shoe string or thousands of pounds, it‘s all been drastically reduced,” said NEWP creator Donna Redfearn.
“There is a perception problem with wedding planners. Many people believe it is an expensive luxury – it is not.
“NEWP saves brides a minimum of 10 percent and now with Recessionista Weddings we truly believe we can save up to 25 percent this will make a real impact on people trying to plan the perfect day without compromise”
It is facts that during the last twelve months brides have felt the impact of the financial downturn This has not altered their perception of “the special day” however NEWP says itunderstands brides only want perfection and has created partnerships with wedding industry specialists to adapt to the current economic situation by developing Recessionista Weddings.
,Donna and her husband Mark run another business The Classic Collection which provides classic British cars for weddings.
Melanie Burn used NEWP to help her plan her wedding and said, “I enjoyed the planning and run up to my wedding, knowing NEWP were taking care of all the suppliers and monitoring the budget.” Melanie Burn (Bride)
